Tony Vigil joins Houston Dynamo FC as the High Performance Director. He is tasked with creating an environment that will accelerate player development in the Pre-Professional Phase (U-17, D2), as well as heighten the collective team performances. Vigil will also collaborate with both Academy and First Team technical staff to improve individual player advancement and potential professional player transition.
Vigil brings more than a decade of experience in youth development both at the MLS, collegiate and youth club level. The Lancaster, CA native joins Houston Dynamo FC after 5 years with Los Angeles Football Club as the Academy Manager.

Adin Osmanbasic started his MLS career at Columbus Crew SC in 2015 as a Video Analyst under Gregg Berhalter. From there, he moved to Atlanta United FC’s academy as an assistant coach and video analyst in 2020. At Atlanta United FC, Adin spent time working with both the 1st team and USL team (ATLUTD2) as a coach and analyst.
Before joining Columbus Crew SC, Adin worked as a coach at every level - from youth academy to ODP to NCAA teams. Since 2014, he has been the Head of the English Spielverlagerung group, who are highly regarded for their work in football research, analysis, and consultancy. Adin has worked on an individual basis with players of every level - from recreational to USMNT players.
Adin has a Master’s Degree from OHIO University in Soccer Coaching. Additionally, he has earned his UEFA B License. With United Soccer Coaches, he has earned the Premier Diploma, Director of Coaching Diploma, and Coach Developer Diploma. Adin is currently completing his UEFA A/Elite Youth A License and Master Coach Diploma.

Pablo Reyes enters his fifth season with the Houston Dynamo Academy as Head Academy Scout and Pre-Professional Phase coach. Reyes, a Houston native, began his coaching career as an assistant coach at his alma mater San Jacinto College. Reyes was an assistant for two seasons until he ultimately became the third and final head coach. Reyes spent the 2017 PDL USL 2 season as an assistant coach to Houston F.C. In 2019 Reyes was an assistant coach for the Houston Dynamo U23 team (USL2).
In 2015 Reyes received a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University at Alexandria, and in 2018 he earned a master’s degree in Sports and Fitness Administration from the University of Houston.
